

Corn Syrup
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
- Dash of Salt
Directions
Combine all the ingredients together in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat, you will stir this mixture until it starts to boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and cover, continue to simmer for 3 minutes and then uncover and continue the simmer while stirring often until it reaches the softball in cold water stage
Remove from heat and cool at room temperature. Cover and store the unused portion at room temperature up to 2 months
